Then, if you’re lucky enough to get a job interview (and if you do what everyone else does, it is often due to luck), you practice answering the standard interview questions, hope you performed better than everyone else ... and maybe, just maybe, you’ll get a job offer...

Check out the CareerXRoads 5 th Annual Sources Of Hire Survey: 32% of job positions were filled by internal candidates and 18.4% were filled by employee referrals – that’s a total of 50.4% filled by what we define as Insiders – people with whom an employer has a pre-existing, positive relationship.

And by the way, only 4.8% were filled via the big three job sites (Monster, CareerBuilder and HotJobs)!

Don’t get us wrong – we’re definitely not against using job sites or utilizing various conventional job hunting methods... as long as you use some key Insider strategies as well.

We just believe in writing a resume, career coaching and providing career advice that gives you the best possible chance of getting the job you want.

Which means giving you the tools, knowledge and hands-on help you need to become an Insider.

So, while other companies and individuals – who may or may not be “certified” in this or that – may certainly prepare a nice looking resume for you, or give you nice sounding advice about how to get a job... everything we do is focused on helping you become an Insider... to give you that edge over everyone else who is competing for the same job.
