How To Find a Job - The Best Time To Look

By Anna Johnson

Contrary to conventional opinion, the best time to look for and find a job is NOT when you need a new job...

Neither is it when you WANT a new job.

In fact, the best time to find a job - is to look...

...when the company you want to work for has just realized it needs to hire.

Please read that again: the best time to find a job is when the company has JUST realized it needs to hire...

NOT when it's already advertising or proactively looking for someone to fill the position.

You see, if you present yourself as the solution to the company's problem - i.e. the person to fill the position - at the very time the company has realized it needs someone to solve that problem... you won't have any competition!

There won't be any other job candidates to compete with. You'll just walk in, demonstrate that you're the best person for the job, and they'll hire you.

(Barring any requirement to advertise for legal or policy reasons... and even then you're likely to be the preferred candidate).

Short of being head-hunted, this is probably the best possible way to find a job!

And why wouldn't the company hire you? After all, they're saving thousands of dollars on recruitment firm and/or advertising fees.

In fact, apart from legal or policy reasons, the main reasons the company wouldn't hire you is if it couldn't afford to pay you the salary you want, or if you fail to demonstrate that you're the best person for the job.

But if your objective is to work for a particular company, and you've thoroughly prepared yourself for this particular job, you will be the best person for the job, right?

Okay, so how do you become the "right person at the right time" so to speak.

Well, the "how" is detailed in Insider Job Secrets Revealed, but in short, it's a matter of monitoring the industry and company (or companies) you want to work for and being attune to events and circumstances likely to create job opportunities for you.

And that, in a nutshell, is how to find a job.
